As you read through my professional history, you'll notice that most of my experience is in Personnel and Financial Management. These skills are always in high demand, especially when it comes to the trust necessary when working with money. Having experienced the first-hand difficulties that come with attracting, hiring, and retaining this type of talent, it has given me insight into what any organization needs to be successful.
However, I already have a full-time career and a family and put an extremely high value on my time. And when you look at all of the costs associated with working as an independent contractor (not to mention State, Federal, and Self-Employment taxes), understand that I don't just work for money, I only take on projects I'm interested in and that contribute to the betterment of society. That being said, I am not actively looking for new projects or clients, but I am open to proposals and have been known to both offer advice on an informal basis and make introductions.Â
A very popular service I do regularly offer are one-on-one sessions, where I both help you with specific technical help as well as philosophies and systems I've developed (so you don't have to start from zero)
